What is your process?

Once we receive your order, we begin the production process. Each piece undergoes a meticulous journey of sculpting, drying, and firing. After the firing process, it undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our standards. Once approved, we carefully pack it and ship it to you.

 

How long does it take for my order to be made and ready for shipping?

Our production usually takes about three to four weeks, as we carefully handcraft each piece from beginning to end. This includes making, drying, and firing the pieces, which naturally takes time. Rest assured, we focus on efficiency while ensuring top-notch quality, all to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

How long does it take for you to deliver the pieces?

Once shipped, standard delivery within India generally takes four to seven days, while international deliveries may require seven to ten days. Please note that we use standard delivery methods, which are door-to-door, to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

 

Do you provide express delivery?

Yes, we do offer express delivery services. In case you need your items to arrive quickly, please feel free to get in touch with us, and we will be glad to assist you with it. Additional charges will apply for express delivery services.

Why does the currency change during checkout?

Due to banking regulations, all final payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). At checkout, prices will be converted to INR using the current exchange rate, ensuring an accurate and exact conversion of your total amount.

 

What happens if the pieces get damaged in transit?

We take great care in packaging and shipping to ensure they arrive to you safely. We strongly advise handling and opening the packages with care however we understand that accidents may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority. To expedite the resolution process, we encourage customers to make videos while opening packages. This helps facilitate communication with the courier company and ensures a swift resolution.

 

Can I request customisations?

We are happy to make changes in colour, size, or design modifications as long as they are in our style of work. However, customisations will incur extra charges and may be subject to certain restrictions.

What material are the pieces made of? 

Claymen pieces are predominantly crafted using stoneware clay and terracotta. They undergo firing at temperatures ranging from 1100 to 1200 degrees Celsius, resulting in ceramic pieces similar to those commonly found. 

Additionally, for larger pieces, we incorporate fibreglass, enhancing durability and enabling them to withstand diverse weather conditions, making them suitable for outdoor placement. If you need material customisation,, please feel free to reach out to us.

 

How to take care of these pieces?

Handle with care - Claymen pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. Always use both hands when picking up a piece and avoid putting pressure on any protruding parts. For cleaning, gently wipe them with a soft, dry or damp cloth. Periodically, you can also rinse them under running water and allow them to air dry, ensuring they are completely dry before display.

 

Can the pieces be placed outdoors? 

Yes! All the pieces are designed to be placed both indoors and outdoors. However, we recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight or rain to maintain their pristine condition for a long time.

 

Do you offer a gift wrapping option?

Yes, we do! Upon request, we're happy to gift wrap your order and include a handwritten card on your behalf. Simply provide us with your message, and we'll take care of the rest. Please reach out to us if you'd like to avail of this option.
