Shipping, Deliveries, and Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

  

We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our online store. Most of our handcrafted, made-to-order pieces take 3-4 weeks to complete. For ready stock items, the dispatch takes place within 2 working days. Standard delivery within India takes 4-7 days, while international deliveries take 7-10 days.

 

We use reliable door-to-door delivery services, and tracking details will be provided within 2 days of shipment by our shipping partners through your preferred contact method. For urgent orders, express delivery is available at an additional charge.

 

Please note, changes to the shipping address after the shipment has dispatched may incur extra charges. Using a VPN to change your location may affect shipping costs, and we will contact you if additional charges apply. If you are not willing to pay the additional charges, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For international shipments, we may contact you if there are additional shipping charges applicable to your country beyond our standard rates.

 

 

CUSTOMS:

 

For international shipments, customs duties and local taxes may or may not apply based on the destination country's import policies and the order value. All duties must be paid by the customer as instructed by the shipping agent.

If the shipment is returned to us due to unpaid duties, no refund will be issued, as we incur costs for return shipping, customs duties, and related administrative fees.
If customs fail to reach you after multiple attempts to contact, the order may either be destroyed or returned, and any resulting charges will be borne by the customer. Re-delivery costs, including shipping and customs fees, must be paid to re-ship the order.


 

REFUNDS:

 

Orders can be canceled and refunded within one week of placement and before dispatch. An 8% processing fee will be charged for cancellations, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fragile nature of our pieces. In exceptional cases, returns are only allowed if agreed upon, and the customer covers return shipping and any damages incurred during transit. Refunds for returns will be processed after deducting 25% for shipping and processing fees. Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund if cancellation is within the allowed timeframe.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

 

If your item is damaged beyond repair during shipping, we will offer a free replacement. Returns and exchanges are only encouraged for valid reasons, such as damage in transit. Please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged. To expedite the process, we recommend recording a video while unboxing, which helps resolve issues with the courier company swiftly.

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for all costs, including customs duties, shipping and administrative fees, in the case of a return or exchange. For quicker resolution, we suggest opting for store credit for future purchases, as it simplifies and speeds up the process.
